What You'll Do:
As an LVN , you'll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. You'll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.
What We're Looking For:
Active Texas LVN/LPN license
2+ years' experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred
Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus
CPR (AHA), photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable)
