The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System (RUHS) - Medical Center is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse I/II to join their Eye Clinic team in Moreno Valley .
Under supervision and direction of a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or physician, t he incumbent will be responsible for e nsuring the flow of the clinic, ensuring rooms are cleaned and turned over, assessing patients for triage of acute changes, maintaining and documenting medication temperatures and logs, ordering and maintenance of specialty medications, administration of oral, eye, and IM medications, scheduling appointments and emergency department follow ups, referrals and authorizations, completion on CRMs and work queues, prior authorizations ; performing nursing duties within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act for vocational nursing; and perform other related duties a...
