OVERVIEW
The LPN performs nursing services that require the use of physical, social sciences, and nursing skills in the care of the sick, the conservation of health and the prevention of disease in a patient's home. Responsible for the care of the patients assigned as directed by the registered nurse. Other duties as assigned.
Schedule : 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location : Mercyhealth Henry Palmer Building - Janesville, WI
Pay Range : $23.65/hr - $37.84/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs skilled nursing care and collects patient data as ordered by the physician and directed by the registered nurse.
• Identifies and reports changes in condition to the registered nurse.
