Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 annually

Position Summary
HealthPort is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. In this role, you will support providers during office visits, deliver skilled nursing services, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system, contributing to a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland state regulations.
• Utilize the EMR to enter, track, and complete all clinical services.
• Participate fully in all required agency training programs.
