Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : 333 Green End Ave, Middletown, RI 02842
Facility : LTC/SNF
Shift : 7am - 3pm | 3pm - 11:30pm & 11pm - 7am (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract : 9 weeks
Start : TBD

- BLS/CPR
- Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated
- Covid Vaccination Card
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
