Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse** to work at a facility in **Martinsburg, PA.** This is a _registry_ position with our company.

**Pay Rate:** $40 / hour

**Shifts Available:**

+ 1st 6:30a-2:30p
+ 2nd 2:30p-10:30p
+ 3rd 10:30p-6:30a
+ short shifts 2:30p-5:00p
+ short shifts 6:30p-10:30p
+ short shifts 6:30a-10:30a

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current 2 step PPD (within the last year)
+ MMR
+ Physical within the last 6 months
+ LPN License
+ License Verification
+ Driver's License
+ Proof they have lived in PA for 2 years
+ Criminal Background within the last 6 months
+ Covid Vaccine Info, if not vaccinated need a religious exemption statement

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
