Job Description

Matrix Providers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at TRICARE Prime Clinic Chesapeake in Chesapeake, VA.

  • Employment Status: Full Time
  • Compensation: This is an hourly position. $ - $ + H&W $
  • Schedule: Shifts available: Monday-Friday 0700-1600 Monday- Friday 0930-1600 Saturday 0700-1630 Saturday 0730-1600 Sunday 0700-1600
