Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN

Term: contract 9 weeks'
Shift: 7am - 7:30pm & 7pm - 7:30am (Three Days in a week that includes EOW)
Pay rate: $$35/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $1512/week gross based and up to 36hrs/week
Start: ASAP
REQUIRED:

• Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
• Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
• Must work every other weekend.
