Job Description

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual


Reports to: Manager of Clinical Centre


Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour


Shifts: Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed


Your Day to Day:

  • Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey

  • Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin,

  • Assess and monitor patient medication response

  • Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings

  • Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care

  • Maintain regular communication with pharmacists...
