Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Highlands at Wyomissing® is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver person-centered care in our assisted living and rehabilitation departments. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident well-being, supervise Certified Nurse Aides, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safe, and dignified care. This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering independence, safety, and meaningful resident engagement.
