LPN Position at Southridge Behavioral Hospital

Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. We are seeking high caliber applicants that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient's individual needs, comfort and safety.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) carry out the daily routines of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and House Supervisor:

• Provides direct patient care according to nursing care plans and the patient's treatment plan.
• Participates with other personnel in maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Assists with behavior management, crisis control, seclusion and restraint, under the direction of the registered nurse.
