LPN Position at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich

Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available! Hourly rate ranges between $40 and $46, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

40 hours available on 11p-7a, includes an every other weekend rotation. Per diem available on all shifts.

Job Summary:

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
