Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Case Manager to join our friendly, patient-centered clinical team for the following shifts:

Case Management/Social Services, Full Time, Days, M-F

Pay starts at $20.81/hr to $29.03/hr based on experience
