Full Time and Part Time 2nd and 3rd shift, including every other weekend

Requirements for an LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio and NAPNES certified
• 2 yrs experience preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Must have good clinical skills and be self-directed and conscientious.
• Must relate well to residents and staff.
