Schedule: 36 - 40 hours a week, no weekends

Work Location: Old West End Community Health Center, 2244 Collingwood Blvd. Toledo, Ohio 43620. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO OUR HEALTH CENTERS IN BRYAN, DEFIANCE, AND TIFFIN
