JOB DETAILS:
Job Name- Licensed Practical Nurse
REPORTS TO: RN Nursing Supervisor/Unit Manager/Center Nurse Executive
Specialty- LPN - Rehab skilled nursing
Patient Ratios: Varies 1:10 to 1:15
Must Have Skills/Experience: Active BLS/CPR, Active LPN state license & 1+ year of LPN experience.
Job Type- Local contract only
Work location- Onsite at 100 W Queen St Dallastown PA 17313
Shift time- 8 hours night shift. 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Shift Schedule: 4 days of rotational shifts (Any 4 days from Monday to Friday. No weekend.)
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend required.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32/week.
Overtime Hours- If needed by the Facility.
Contract duration- 7 week (s) of contract.
