Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking to supplement your income? Aviva Senior Living is looking for a LPN to join our Assisted Living team of caregivers for one night shift per week (7p-7:30a).
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

- Under the direction of a licensed physician, directs and leads the care of Residents using specialized nursing skills related to long term care.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to Federal/State life safety codes, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice for Long Term Care Nursing as well as legal, regulatory requirements.
- Reviews and updates care plan, physician orders, MAR/Pharmacy profile and other records to ensure resident needs are met.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and report the needs of the Residents appropriately.
