Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)

The Licensed Nurse plays a pivotal role in supporting residents within assisted living and memory care settings. They conduct assessments, devise care plans, manage medications and treatments, implement care strategies, evaluate resident progress, and meticulously document all care services. Utilizing the nursing process, they ensure adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, working under the guidance of the Resident Care Director while upholding Commonwealth Senior Living's principles. As a Culture Ambassador, the Licensed Nurse embodies the company's core values, setting a precedent for their team.

We are seeking to fill a PRN position for each shift, could expect 3-4 shifts per month plus covering for upcoming vacations.
