One of our favourite clients is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join their friendly team and support clients in their property matters.

You will be joining an established team managing your own caseload from instruction to completion. The firm have a very good CMS and this position will include all transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, as well as re-mortgaging work. The clients are a mix of purchases, new builds, right-to-buy and shared ownership. There is also transfers of equity and dealing with lease extension matters.

We are seeking someone who is able to keep conveyancing matters moving, communicate effectively with both clients and introducers and ensure deliver of high quality of services.

Consideration will be given to someone experienced as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx and demonstrates from at least 12 months upwards in experience and able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervisi...
