THE ROLE:
As a full-time Licensed Conveyancer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Review and Preparation of Contracts

Preparation of Leases & negotiations

End-to-end running of the conveyancing files

Complete of Sale/Purchase from start to finish

Diary management and scheduling appointments

Subdivisions and Option Deeds

Liaise with clients and professionals at all levels

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

A current Conveyancing License

A proven track record of running a portfolio of clients

Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property matters
