Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing clinical oversight, behavioral health assessment, and care coordination support for individuals participating in CalAIM Pre and post release services. The clinician ensures that behavioral health needs are identified prior to release and that appropriate treatment, mental health services, and community supports are incorporated into the individual’s care plan to support successful reentry.
