UBMD Pediatrics, in the Department of Pediatrics in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo (UB) is actively recruiting for a full‐time compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support the Pediatric Pulmonology and Nephrology divisions. This role provides psychosocial assessment, care coordination, and resource navigation for children and families managing complex pulmonary and renal conditions. The social worker will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient wellbeing, treatment adherence, and access to community resources.
