Summary This position is located in the Resident Services, Recreation Division at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport MS. Responsibilities As a LIBRARIAN, you will: Provide professional library services to meet the needs of all Residents and employees Maintain materials and aids to assist visually impaired users with Library and reading programs, and in coordination with the Wellness Center for additional vision care Provide classes and programs such as reading publications to visually impaired residents, conducting poetry and or play events, hosting a book club, genealogy groups, computer IPAD classes and monthly meetings for movies As part of the Resident Services team, staff will be required to assist in the Health Check process to ensure the health and well-being of the AFRH residents.
