• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaison Collector to act as the bridge between our company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective collection of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a collections, liaison, or customer service role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
