Job Description

The position is responsible for underwriting liability and cyber reinsurance business in line with the underwriting authorities and client strategies; manage the existing portfolio and develop new business opportunities for India. 

Your Role: 

  • Ensure high-quality technical underwriting Liability & Cyber treaty and facultative business, including premium calculation and stipulation of reinsurance terms & conditions in accordance with underwriting guidelines, internal rules, authorities, targets, and client strategies.
  • Handle underwriting related tasks including filing, documentation, referral, renewal update and planning, etc
  • Provide renewal underwriting support in other markets if needed
  • Monitor market trends and performance; draw applicable insights of current & emerging risks
  • Collaborate with Client Management on client relations, identifying and developing new business potential and new clients in Liability & Cyber
