These schools are searching for experienced support staff who can confidently work across classes, support interventions, and build positive relationships with pupils.

The role includes:

• Classroom and small group support
• Running targeted interventions
• Supporting behaviour and learning routines
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Helping create engaging learning environments
