PC Onsite IT Solutions Ltd – Auckland, North Island
PC Onsite is a hands‑on IT support business based in Panmure, looking after small and medium‑sized businesses (SMEs) right across Auckland. From our Panmure office we keep clients’ technology running smoothly — remotely when we can, on‑site when it’s needed. The team is known for getting things sorted and for building real relationships with the businesses they support.
This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week, 10am–2pm) that splits neatly between proactive and reactive work. Some days you’re out on the road visiting clients; other days you’re heads‑down resolving issues remotely. No two days look exactly the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Triaging Level 2 and 3 support tickets passed from the helpdesk and assessing whether a fix can be handled remotely or needs a site visit
- Carrying out hardware and software fixes, both onsite and remotely
