Job Description
A friendly and supportive primary school is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1.
This role would suit a qualified Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children develop confidence and independence in their learning.
Main Duties:
- Supporting whole-class learning activities
- Working with small groups of pupils
- Delivering reading and phonics interventions
- Supporting pupil engagement and wellbeing
- Assisting teachers with classroom preparation
- Promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day
