You will take part in daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and be responsible for food safety documentation including temperate checks throughout the breakfast shift along with cleaning and maintenance reports, recording and monitoring of all food waste and correct storage of food with respect for the principles of first in first out (FIFO).
