Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Lending Specialist II to support commercial lending activities in Tampa, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on coordinating loan closings, managing transaction workflow, and partnering with internal teams to keep documentation, funding, and servicing activities on track. The ideal candidate brings strong operational judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple active deals in a fast-paced environment.
