Job Description

De functie

:
  • Je behoort tot het team Strategy & Communication van het Legal Center.
  • Je bent de contactpersoon voor Service Transition en werkt met hen samen. Je verbetert de bestaande procedures.
  • Je speelt een sleutelrol in de meetings van het Sociaal Secretariaat, zoals bijvoorbeeld het Sociaal Overleg. Je bereidt deze vergadering voor en verzekert de opvolging. Je bent ook aanwezig tijdens de Legal Focus en de Technical Focus meetings.
  • Je stelt de interne communicatie op en waakt erover dat ze efficiënt is en de link maakt tussen de juridische en technische uitleg. Je weet wat het is om Client Advisor binnen een sociaal secretariaat te zijn en je houdt hun noden voor ogen.
  • Samen met jouw collega’s juristen bereid je acties en mailings voor. Je coördineert die samen met Service Transition en Marketing.
  • Je volgt de juridische actualiteit en de technische ontwikkelingen op de voet.
