Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Legal Team with daily administration tasks regarding litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Track documents received from courts, e.g., subrogation process, request of payment proceedings, enforcement, and insolvency proceedings.
• Use specific templates for interacting with courts within specific phases in some proceedings, solicitors, or bankruptcy administrators.
• Support administrative tasks which may involve being accountable for specific pre-litigation processes, e.g., contract review, debt settlement, etc...
