Job Description

- Manage documents regarding business deals/projects/portfolio
- Conduct research and data analysis, general review of legal documents, financial statements, and operation.
- Create and analyze contracts, agreements, or other documents in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and mitigate the risk situation.
- Managing the implementation and administering the minutes of meetings of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
- Audit inspection, review, and monitor compliance with the Company's obligations.
- Support internal inquiries about regulatory and policy requirements and compliance procedures.
- Support reviewing and evaluating the company's SOP or policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
