Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all required documentation for structured products, including issuance prospectuses, term sheets, and Key Information Documents (KIDs) in five languages.
• Manage the issuance process and oversee listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange through Internet Based Terms (IBT).
• Execute lifecycle events, including processing corporate actions.
• Coordinate closely with exchange representatives and other external stakeholders.
• Provide general legal and regulatory support relating to structured products.
