Contract Management & Project Legal Support

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, and project-related contracts.

Provide end-to-end legal support throughout the project lifecycle, including tendering, contract negotiation, claims management, and variation orders.

Ensure all contractual terms comply with internal policies and effectively mitigate potential legal risks.<...
