Responsibilities:
Β· Provide secretarial support to litigation attorneys.
Β· Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and discovery materials.
Β· Manage and organize case files.
Β· Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, court appearances, and deadlines, and make necessary arrangements.
