We are looking for a talented Legal Secretary to join our clients team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
β Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal teams.
β Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
β Organize and maintain legal files, records, and databases.
β Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
β Proven experience as a Legal Secretary at least 3 years.
β Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
β Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software.
β Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
β Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
β Familiarity with Saudi legal systems and practices is a plus.
