Role
This role delivers comprehensive, proactive legal secretarial support to the Kennedys Perth office. Key responsibilities include managing litigation related administrative tasks for fee earners such as preparing documentation and claims, liaising with clients, courts and regulatory bodies, and overseeing client billing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prepare legal documents, court forms, and correspondence, including proofreading and formatting, under lawyer supervision.
Liaise with courts, counsel, clients, and third parties; handle filing, e-filing, and registry duties in line with quality procedures.
