We are proud to be working on a sole agency basis with our client based in Barking, Essex who is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support the Commercial Conveyancing Partners and Fee Earners of the firm with secretarial and admin tasks.

This full-time permanent position requires someone with a good knowledge and understanding of Commercial Conveyancing, an audio typing speed of 60wpm+, excellent communication and organisational skills and a high standard of English grammar and spelling.

* Receiving enquiries from clients and prospective clients.

* Audio and copy typing of letters, financial statements, bills, contracts, accounts, proofs and standard documents using MS Word and the Case Management system.
