Review and draft contracts and agreement

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work is distributed between senior and legal researcher as per the years of experience.
• Maintain a database containing historical information about problems in agreements and contracts to prevent recurrence.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with RTA requirements and standards.
• Provide legal opinions & views On contracts, agreements & MOUs.
• Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.
• Prepare legal correspondence & responses related to contracts & agreements.
• Find best practices regarding contracts and agreement to improve RTA standards in contracts and agreements.
• Draft agreements and contracts and get the approval of concerned Agency /Department that it is meeting their requirements.
