Job Description

The Legal Operations & Corporate Governance Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the legal infrastructure of PERSERVX Group and ClearLine Group. This role ensures that all legal documentation, corporate governance records, investment agreements, and deal documentation across the group are properly prepared, organized, and maintained.
