Legal Operations is responsible for day-to-day operational and administrative duties in the legal department. They will work closely with the management team, global colleagues, outside counsel and vendors.

+ Key participant in providing effective indicators to facilitate resource allocation and other management decisions


+ Coordinates Key Performance Indicators for monitoring and reporting of departmental performance on a monthly/quarterly basis.


+ Collaborates in process improvements


+ Key participant in existing processes for management and work to implement new approaches for customer service


+ Organizes all ethic cases that come into the legal department from start to finish
