We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Legal Officer to oversee labor-related cases, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal matters. The role involves representing the company in proceedings, preparing legal documents, and ensuring all business registrations and permits are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle labor relations cases and represent the company in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and Single Entry Approach (SENA).
• Assist in cases elevated to higher courts, when necessary.
• Prepare and draft position papers, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Process and monitor Alien Employment Permits (AEP), ensuring complete documentation and compliance.
