About the Role

ALTEN is seeking a Labor Law & Employment Relations Specialist to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on Spanish and EU labor laws , manage collective labor relations, and ensure compliance across our operations. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align labor strategies with business objectives while mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Labor Law Advisory & Compliance

• Provide expert legal advice on Spanish and EU labor laws , including employment contracts, collective bargaining, working conditions, and termination procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, social security laws, and occupational health and safety standards .
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on ALTEN’s workforce.
