Summary

Responsible for leading the legal and regulatory activities of the sanitation concessionaire, acting strategically, closely to the business and in direct interface with senior management. Fundamental to ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, supporting structuring decisions, guiding negotiations with public entities and regulatory agencies, and ensuring the integrity of concession contracts. With a broad and multifunctional role, the position requires a strong practical vision, autonomy, and the ability to translate legal complexity into objective solutions for the operation.

The position will be based in our Office in Petrolina, PE, Brazil in a full in-person work model.
