Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Litigation Assistant to support a busy litigation practice in a professional law firm environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals
- Assist with case management throughout the litigation lifecycle
- Track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones
- Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
- Prepare and electronically file court documents per court rules
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate depositions, hearings, and appearances
- Serve as point of contact for clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Anticipate attorney needs and proactively provide support
