Role Overview

Keka is looking for a Legal Intern to support the legal and secretarial team in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance activities. This role is ideal for law students looking to gain hands-on startup and SaaS legal exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing NDAs, vendor agreements, customer contracts, and partnership documents
• Support contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking
• Conduct legal research on SaaS, IT, data privacy, and corporate laws
• Help maintain statutory records, board documents, and regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal documentation and policy compliance
