About the opportunity

• Prepares, drafts, and develops contracts, agreements, documents, etc., for various transactions, determines documentary requirements and sufficiency and enforceability of submitted documents, and reviews documentation status and deficiencies

• Reviews existing/earlier-drafted documents for possible updates, amendments, and modifications of terms, conditions, and stipulations, as well as renewal/renegotiation of existing documents/agreements
