The Legal Counsel exists to provide comprehensive legal support across the company, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and protecting the company's interests. This role operates within the bounds of law and regulatory compliance, with the objectives of mitigating legal risks and facilitating smooth business operations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Legal Advisory and Support: Provide legal advice on contracts, regulatory, governance and compliance
