Our client is an established Bank with a strong APAC focus, looking to bring onboard an experienced legal counsel to join the team.

• Provide timely, practical, and commercially sound legal advice on a broad range of banking products, services, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various loan documentation, commercial agreements, client documentation, vendor contracts, and other legal instruments.
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities, new initiatives, and transactions, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external counsels where necessary.
• Report and escalates potential legal risk issues to senior management.
